New Farm Shop building starts.

The building of Jamaica Inn's new Farm Shop starts in November with a target date for opening of Easter 2016. At present, the nearest shops are 11 miles away in Launceston or Bodmin, so locals will be able to do their weekly shop or just pop in for the morning paper, bread or milk without a round trip of over 20 miles! Tourists en route to holiday homes or caravans with have a one-stop option to enjoy a meal and stock up with food for their stay.

Opening times... Jamaica Inn is open from 7.30am, when breakfast is served to hotel guests and visitors, right through to midnight with dinner being served up to 9pm. The Museums are open from 8am to 9pm throughout the year and the Gift Shop and Farm Shop are open every day with times varying.
