Ever fancied yourself as a bit of a Poirot or Miss Marple?  Well, here's your chance!  On Friday 27 May here at the world-famous Jamaica Inn we will be hosting a Murder Mystery evening of entertainment, with professionals acting out the plot for you to solve over a delicious three course dinner.  It is an evening enjoyed by guests of all ages, with many returning again and again...

The building of this shop is well under way, the roof is on, the stone work is going up and in 4 weeks it will be fitted out with a targeted opening of the last week in June.

Easter Sunday – a traditional carvey roast including roast lamb, a fun filled Easter Egg Hunt for the children and face painting too!

On Friday 25 March we are hosting another Murder Mystery evening - actors play the parts while you solve the mystery over a delicious 3 course dinner.  For Easter Sunday we have an Easter Egg Hunt, face painting for the children and a traditional carvery roast lunch!

With Mothering Sunday this weekend, why not treat your Mum to a Sunday roast lunch here at Jamaica Inn and we will give her a posy of flowers!  A great way to show how much she means to you.

A quick update on the farm shop… we are now above ground – a happy sight for us all! Getting closer to the day we will open – hopefully May! Roof is being started next week - visual progress every day!

With roses around the Inn,and chocolates and prosecco in the rooms, love was definitely in the air on Valentine’s Day. The set 3 course menu in the evening was lovely with exquisite food – a credit to our head chef.

Another enjoyable evening of entertainment here at the Jamaica Inn. The actors did another wonderful job of acting out the murder for the guests to figure out the mystery. We had several correct guesses and the guests who attended thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We are looking forward to the next one on the 25^th March.

Fantastic night on Friday, with some lovely guests who really got their teeth into using our extensive range of equipment plus joining in our experiments. The Stickman in the Annexe was mind blowing. We even had a sceptical guest on their first ever Investigation feel their head being touched as the Stickman raised their arm and seemed to do that to him. The museum had some interesting activity. The farm shop is now well and truly underway. The builders are out there every day no matter what the weather. Here at the Inn we are looking forward to being able to provide local produce to both the locals and the travelling tourists.
